As Hankyu Corporation real estate business division as our parent organization, our company was founded in July 2003 as an asset management company of real estate private funds for both domestic and overseas institutional investors.
Since then till today, we have worked flexibly in the midst of changes in the real estate/finance industry and managed to build our reputation and experience as an asset/investment management company based on external properties, without receiving property supply from sponsor groups. As one of the few railway company-affiliated asset management companies with a unique presence, we have been pro-actively involved in not only the management-type properties but also in the development-type projects using fund schemes.

With the comprehensive real estate business, which the Hankyu Hanshin Group has cultivated for over 100 years, as our foundation, we have accumulated rich experience and know-hows in the asset management business. We have established business relationships with various players, including financial institutions, major and mid-level developers, and real estate investment funds.
